The room was small. The shower was a REALLY tight squeeze. The television did not work and staff didn't fix it despite promising to do so twice.

the staff were friendly and very helpful! the car park was a good size and easily accommodated all guests. the menu had lots of options, offering something for everyone. the bar was well stocked, such a pleasure!
The toilet seat did not properly fit, i spotted this issue. there was no lid on the toilet, that's unhygienic for sure! i also noticed some dirt left on the carpet. It would be great with a bit of cleaning.

i appreciated the ample parking available near the building it made arrival straightforward the bar and restaurant offered a nice environment i thought the staff were attentive throughout my stay i had a nice chalet room too it provided a comfortable space with all necessities.
i noticed a slight lack of attention to detail in the shower room it felt a little small and sparse for my needs.

I found all my meals to be excellent. My room was clean AND cosy. The staff were attentive, addressing all my needs promptly. I also appreciated the convenient parking right at the building.
The only small thing, I noticed there wasn't a non-slip mat available in the shower.
